How to crochet the Solomon’s Knot Stitch
The Solomon’s Knot stitch is simply an extended chain stitch “locked” in place with a single crochet, usually worked in pairs. This is how it’s done in this pattern:
SC, pull up a long loop (about 1” tall or as tall as a DC), YO, and pull through the loop, insert the hook into the back strand of the loop, yarn over, and pull through, creating a single crochet. That’s 1 Solomon’s knot. Continue making the 2nd Solomon’s Knot (SK)
Pull up a long loop (about 1” tall or as tall as a DC), YO, and pull through the loop. Insert the hook into the back strand of the loop, yarn over, and pull through, creating a single crochet. That’s the 2nd Solomon’s knot (SK)
